Meghan Lonergan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been in the field for more than 20 years. Meghan specializes in working with men and women who have experienced phases of transition and struggling with finding direction that can lead to anxiety and/or depression. Through the use of mindfulness, talk therapy, and energy work, Meghan will work with you towards your personal goals. As a mindfulness expert, Meghan will use a mixture of mindfulness training and mind/body connection to facilitate your healing process. Meghan is also a Reiki Master who can incorporate this into your treatment as requested.
