Louis D’Amora is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is a dedicated and compassionate social worker who has over 15 years of experience working in the human service field.
His experience consists of the provision of in-home/community therapeutic services to children/families and adults; providing therapeutic services to medically fragile patients residing in nursing homes and rehabilitation facilities throughout the state and providing therapeutic services to developmentally disabled adults both in-home and within the community. Mr. D’Amora has experience working with and within peripheral systems of care such as the educational and state systems, including both DCF and DDS. Mr. D’Amora specializes in treating a variety of childhood disorders with complex and diverse etiologies including childhood trauma and medical illness. He is a sincere, kind, empathic, caring, insightful and enlightening professional who is capable of utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques to facilitate positive change within the individual and family dynamic. Mr. D’Amora also has vast experience treating anxiety and depression with multiple etiologies in a variety of therapeutic settings.
