She has worked in an outpatient setting, a substance abuse rehabilitation center, and most important, an in-home environment.
Heather’s belief is that any area of struggle can best be addressed when she is given the opportunity to enter into clients’ homes, their sanctuaries, to get a firsthand glimpse into their lives. She has helped to guide families and couples through issues that include divorce, abandonment, anxiety, depression, addiction, DCF involvement, school avoidance, teenagers launching into adulthood, and interaction with the law. Heather is passionate about utilizing a systemic, solutions-focused approach in order to support families and couples to find the path that will lead them to peace and balance.
